This scale of production ensures we can efficiently fulfill large-volume OEM/ODM orders while maintaining consistent quality control across all production stages.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with 200 sets of advanced textile machinery, with core equipment dedicated to outdoor jacket production: hot & cold press machines, hot air seam sealers, high-frequency welding machines—key gear for waterproof bonding and heat-sealing processes of outdoor jackets. Complemented by computerized sewing machines, digital pattern makers, computerized bar-tack machines, automatic spreading machines, and CNC cutting machines, our equipment lineup is tailored for outdoor apparel, workwear, and heated clothing production.
